Who we look for
Operators first. We value having run something over having advised on it.
You have held the seat
You have served as a CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, CTO or CISO, or led a major function with real operating responsibility.
You have done it under rules
Experience in regulated industries such as legal, financial services, insurance, education or healthcare is a strong plus.
You want to hand it off
You measure success by the team you leave behind, not by how long the client needs you.
