Managed application and cloud services

We keep business-critical systems running after launch: support, monitoring, releases, infrastructure and security, run by the engineers who know the code.

What we do

Application support and maintenance

A named team that fixes issues, applies updates and keeps the system current, with response times agreed up front.

Monitoring and alerting

Health checks, error tracking and alerts on the parts of the system that matter, so problems are found before customers report them.

Integration and API diagnostics

Visibility into every connection to an outside system, with logs that show what was sent, what came back and what failed.

Release management

Planned, tested releases on a predictable schedule, with rollback ready and change records for audit.

Cloud infrastructure

Hosting, backups, scaling and cost management on your cloud accounts, documented so you are never locked in.

Security operations

Access reviews, patching, vulnerability management and incident response, under CISO-level oversight.

When clients call us

  • The system works, but nobody owns keeping it that way.
  • You learn about outages from customers.
  • An integration fails quietly and nobody notices for days.
  • Releases are risky enough that the team avoids them.
  • Cloud bills keep rising and nobody can explain why.

How the engagement runs

The same operating model applies to every practice, so you always know where the work stands and when it will be yours.

Learn the business from inside

A partner joins your leadership rhythm, reads the numbers, talks to the people doing the work, and agrees with you what success looks like in terms you can measure.

Run the plan

We carry the work ourselves. That can mean holding an executive seat, rebuilding a platform, closing a transaction, or all three, with the right partner on each.

Hand it to your team

We hire or develop the person who keeps the seat, document how the work runs, and step back. Many clients keep a partner on as an advisor afterward.

Questions clients ask

Do you only support software you built?

No. We support systems we built and systems we inherit. Inherited systems start with a review so we know what we are taking on and can tell you plainly.

What service levels do you offer?

Response times, coverage hours and escalation paths are set in the engagement agreement and sized to how critical the system is to your operation.

Who has access to our systems and data?

Only the named engineers on your account, with access scoped to their role, reviewed regularly and logged.

Can we move support in house later?

Yes. We document everything we run, and we plan the handover with your team when you are ready.

Bring us the problem you need someone to own.

Executed, not advised.

The first conversation is with a partner. We will talk through what you are facing, what you have already tried, and whether we are the right fit.

Conversations are confidential.
