Voelker Controls moved from Centerville, Ohio to the Heritage Business Park in Franklin.

Voelker Controls is in the business of distribution and engineering of fluid power components and automation concepts. This 26,000 s.f. tilt-up concrete building consists of an 8,000 s.f. office area and 18,000 s.f. of production/warehouse space. This facility takes advantage of various upgrades to the exterior finish of the concrete.
