"Schueler
Field" Named in Honor of Bunnell Hill CEO
The college of Mount St. Joseph has named its new game
field the Schueler Field in honor of Mike Schueler.
Mike is a widely respected business person in Greater Cincinnati,
but we also know him as a true advocate for students during times
of strategic growth at the Mount over the past 20 years,
said Mount President Sister Francis Marie Thrailkill, O.S.U.,
Ed.D.
Schueler Field, completed construction last fall on Delhi Pike
on the Colleges east fields. In September 2004, the new
home of the Mount Lions football, soccer and track and field teams
was christened with its first home football game.

Turton Celebrates 20 Years with Bunnell Hill
Over the past 20 years, Bunnell Hill has had some significant
growth, and company President Fritz Turton as been a major component
to that success. Past achievements and awards give us a small
glimpse of Turtons illustrious career:
With the development of Anderson Medical Arts Building
(1984), Fritz established what is now
a significant amount of Bunnell Hill business. He has been involved
in every medical project
since then.
Development Manager on the building of The Beach Waterpark
(1985).
Involved in the first building projects for Pioneer Electronics
and Neaton
Auto Products - this was the beginning of Bunnell Hills
long-term
relationship with Japanese owned companies.
Closed a $50 million dollar deal with Mercy Health Partners
for the
development of two Healthplexes - 250,000 s.f. each.
Part of the formation of the construction side of the business
(1995),
serving as the first President of Bunnell Hill Construction.
Worked with a new start-up bank coming into the market
(1995), on their
first facility in Cincinnati - Anderson Bank.

Sensus
Moves to Hamilton with Larger Facility
In late
Fall 2004, Bunnell Hill completed a new state-of-the-art processing
plant for Sensus, LLC in Hamilton. The new
20,000 square foot facility more than doubled their previous building
in West Chester.
Sensus
is a leading manufacturer of natural flavor concentrates and essences.
Their leading-edge technology allows them to capture the fresh
flavor character of just-brewed coffee and tea, or just-harvested
herbs and vegetables.The flavor concentrates and
essences produced by Sensus are distributed to food, beverage
and flavor industries across the country.
