Since its inception in
1975, Bunnell Hill has grown into one of the most successful commercial
development specialists and turnkey commercial builders in Southwest
Ohio.
Formed by the principals of Henkle
Schueler Realtors of Lebanon, Ohio, Bunnell Hill's initial
charter was to develop 7,000 acres in Warren County, Ohio, bordering
I-71 and I-75. For more than six decades Henkle Schueler &
Associates has been the largest residential/commercial/industrial
real estate firm in Warren County. Bunnell Hill evolved as a natural
extension to this enterprise and now works with real estate development
companies across southwest Ohio and beyond.
More than 150 major projects
followed over the next 25 years. These range from branch banks
to restaurants to "The Beach" Waterpark. Also included are two
phases of the Anderson Medical Arts Building located adjacent
to Mercy Hospital in eastern Cincinnati and two health and wellness
centers for Catholic Health Care Providers.
We've expanded our charter to include development
anywhere our financing, syndication, real estate management, and
construction expertise can add value to a proposed development.
